4 minutes walk from the Takanawa Exit (高輪) of Shinagawa (品川) Station:
Turn right after coming out of the station exit.
Walk past the Kinokuniya supermarket and Koban (police box) and out to the main road.
Turn right and go straight, past the TKP Shinagawa Conference Center and several shops.
Cross over the road using the crossing in front of the 7-11. Make a right turn.
The Shinagawa Center Building is a large tower block with its entrance set back from the road.
